Fishing for Energy Adds New Port in Washington to Support Marine Debris Collection Efforts
Westport, W.A. – The Fishing for Energy partnership, an innovative public-private effort that protects marine wildlife from becoming trapped in lost, abandoned or discarded fishing gear, today announced that it is partnering with the Port of Grays Harbor’s Westport Marina to recycle an estimated 1,050 crab pots and other marine debris.
Covanta Completes Exchange of China Assets for Cash
Morristown, N.J. – Covanta Holding Corporation announced today it has completed a transaction with CITIC Environment, a subsidiary of CITIC Limited, China's largest conglomerate enterprise, for the sale of approximately 90 percent of Covanta’s ownership interest in Chongqing Sanfeng Environmental Industrial Group Co., Ltd (“Sanfeng Environment”).
